I have tried looking on ebay for a cheap indoor bike trainer, like one you can put your bike on and pedal in place, and haven’t found anything that sold for under $100. Not looking for anything quality here, just an indoor bike trainer to use throughout the winter, and would appreciate any help!

What would be everything I need to do, from the basics, to start an indoor mini golf course? Im not asking for physical things like a building and chairs, but the procedure from who to contact to buy the land, financing, permits, operating license, building codes, inspections and taxes.
