Ok there is an apartment complex where you access the apartment through the inside like a hotel complete with elevators and hallways. It has indoor pools and community room. It is a gated complex with code acess along with nice landscaping on the outside. So other than a weird smell in the hallways could there be other disadvantages to living in a place like this?
